Day 0 - Find out where you are
Before we get started there are a few things you need to do.
Step 1 - register using the form below and look out for the first email in your inbox with the event information.
Step 2 - head on over and join the private, veterinarian-only group that is just for the 5 day challenge (link available after registration). Daily mini-videos will be hosted here.
Step 3 - dig into your financial data and fill in the blanks so we have a starting point and are ready for takeoff on day one!
Day 1 - Your Passion, Your Profits
You have spent many years and hundred of thousands of dollars getting to where you are right now. But do you have a job, or a business? We are going to start with some quick wins on how to improve the profitability of your vet practice (because it's not how much you earn, its how much you keep that is important.
Day 2 - Cash is King
Cashflow is the lifeblood of a business. If you consistently have more month at the end of your money, have to dip into savings, sometimes don't pay yourself or rob Peter to pay Paul, today is not to be missed. We will learn about the different types of cash and which one is the most important.
Day 3 - Cut the Deadwood
What are you doing that no longer serves you? Are you putting up with that toxic team member who beings the whole place down? Pandering to that client that is ALWAYS late, ALWAYS has an excuse and will throw you under the bus as soon as look at you? Today we get to take the microscope to our practice and cut out the deadwood
Day 4 - Look for Opportunities
Opportunities are all around us, sometimes we just don't recognise them! Today we go over how to find the 'gold' in your practice, how to educate your clients and turn them into raving fans, and how to become the preferred provider in your area. On the flip side, not all that glitters is gold so be careful!
Day 5 - Integration Day
Today is integration day, we look at what we have learnt so far, where we want to go, and we map out how to get there. This day is not to be missed!!
